Pointe Group Care, LLC located in Stoughton, MA is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator within a growing organization. This is a full-time position reporting to AP Manager.

Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for receiving invoices from facility to code and review with AP Manager.
- Responsible for tracking, posting and matching all invoices with checks to submit to AP Manager for signature.
- Will be responsible for the organization of all AP files.
- Responsible for the reconciliation of month end AP with facility.
- Responsible for the reconciliation of the Corporate Credit Card.
- Oversee the posting of petty cash and Special Payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2-years of experience.
