AdviniaCare Naples is seeking experienced and dedicated candidates for HR Coordinator. We are a skilled and assisted living community in the heart of beautiful Naples, FL.

Requirements of the position are:

  • strong clerical background
  • basic knowledge of HR in healthcare
  • experience with onboarding
  • creating and maintaining employee files
  • performing audits of required information needed by all employees and participating in general orientation process
  • excellent time management
  • confidentiality and willingness to assist Director with projects at the last minute
