Job Description
AdviniaCare at Eastpointe is in search for a full time MMQ nurse to complement our clinical care team. The position offers generous benefits and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Completion of MMQ chart reviews.
- Works with clinical team to assure communication of patient needs and goals.
- Ensure facility is accurately reimbursed for provided care and services.
- Monitors CNA’s documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitors nurse treatment sheets for completeness.
- Coordinates nursing summary completion schedule to ensure nursing summaries are completed as scheduled.
- Reconcile monthly nursing summary with medical record to ensure documentation supports reimbursement upon MMQ audit.
Requirements
- Candidate should be RN
- Possess a valid MA nursing license.
