Adviniacare at Salem is seeking a full-time day Nursing Supervisor.

Requirements:

Candidate must have valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license.
3 -5 years of nurse management experience with strong leadership skills preferred.
Candidate should also have strong organizational skills, be an excellent communicator, detail oriented, have creative teaching techniques, be a good listener as well as a people person and sensitive to customer services.
Candidate should be proficient in use of electronic medical records, medication administration and scheduling system as well as excellent skills in clinical assessment.
