Pleasant Bay is in search of an Administrative Secretary/Receptionist who will assume the responsibility for the administrative typing and telephone calls for the Administrator. The candidate will also be responsible for forwarding calls to the appropriate department heads.
- Monitors all calls to the Administrator.
- Alphabetizes paychecks and distributes on Fridays.
- Mails out personal needs checks to family members.
- Records messages accurately and relays them immediately and appropriately.
- Opens and date stamps A/P invoices on the day received.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Prior office experience and knowledge of office procedures.
- Proper telephone manner.
