AdviniaCare is in search of a Regional Nursing Home Administrator to assist with the overall operations of multi-business units, which consist of long-term care facilities. This is a full-time position with generous benefits and competitive pay.


  • Responsible to carry out specific duties as assigned in accordance with the mission statement, policies, and procedures of Pointe Group Care, LLC.
  • Responsible for varied administrative, managerial, and supervisory duties, and will work collaboratively under the direction of the Director of Operations providing oversight to each facility assigned.
  • Additionally, may be temporarily assigned to function as Administrator in a local facility on an as-needed basis.
  • Position includes any other duties deemed appropriate and assigned by the Director of Operations or Chief Operations Officer.


  • 3-5 years as a licensed Administrator in Massachusetts in good standing.
  • A valid driver’s license is in good standing with a valid car insurance policy.
  • Must have demonstrated capabilities for management, administration, decision-making, and supervising, along with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of all local, state, and federal regulations as they pertain to the current operation of a Long-Term Care Facility.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
