Pointe Group Care, LLC located in Stoughton, MA is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator within a growing organization. This is a full-time position reporting to AP Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate will be responsible for receiving invoices from facility to code and review with AP Manager.
  • Responsible for tracking, posting and matching all invoices with checks to submit to AP Manager for signature.
  • Will be responsible for the organization of all AP files.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of month end AP with facility.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of the Corporate Credit Card.
  • Oversee the posting of petty cash and Special Payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Long Term Care experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-years of experience.
