Job Description

Pointe Group Care, LLC is in search of a full-time IT Support Tech to join the IT Department at new corporate office in Stoughton. This is a full-time position with generous benefits. Salary will commensurate based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming IT support calls via phone and IT Email ticketing system
  • Providing timely support to end users of PCs, Macs, iPhone┬« and Android┬« devices, and multiple business applications
  • performing follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution
  • Providing outstanding customer service under stress and time pressures
  • Establishing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with end users
  • Investigating and solving desktop and other systems-related issues
  • Presenting information clearly and logically with the ability to explain technical issues in plain, non-technical language
  • Recognizing high-priority issues and responding accordingly
  • Assisting fellow team members and performing other duties as needed
  • The ability to physically build out a network closet from jack to patch panel.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, good documentation experience
  • Deep understanding and familiarity with Microsoft desktop operating systems and productivity applications
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting PC’s
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • The ability to work with a small, highly agile team
  • The ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and strategies
  • Proficiency in MS OS: Windows 10, Office 365, Enterprise tools for OS deployment, software distribution, client setups for Applications.
  • Troubleshooting and managing Microsoft Windows based environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory
  • Experience with Imaging and Configuring PCs Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Troubleshoot skills and basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHTP)
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Familiar with Fortinet Firewalls
  • Familiar with Aruba Wireless
  • Other duties as assigned
