AdviniaCare at Northbridge is in search for a full time MMQ nurse to complement our clinical care team. This position will be for MMQ 32 hours and 8 hours of MDS. The position offers generous benefits and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

Completion of MMQ chart reviews.
Works with clinical team to assure communication of patient needs and goals.
Ensure facility is accurately reimbursed for provided care and services.
Monitors CNA’s documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Monitors nurse treatment sheets for completeness.
Coordinates nursing summary completion schedule to ensure nursing summaries are completed as scheduled.
Reconcile monthly nursing summary with medical record to ensure documentation supports reimbursement upon MMQ audit.

Requirements

Candidate should be RN/LPN.
Possess a valid MA nursing license.
