The Staff Development/Infection Control/Employee Health Nurse is responsible for the evaluation of the Nursing Department in its delivery of quality resident care. They are to maintain standards of the facility as set forth by written policies. They are responsible for Quality Assurance Studies on a continual basis with a desired plan of correction to be submitted to the Administrator.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- B.S. degree preferred
- Current RN registration within state
